We ONLY charge a service fee to guests when a booking is confirmed on OH-Stay.com. This fee helps us maintain the platform's operations and provides resources for key services, including our dedicated 24/7 customer support. Unlike many of our competitors we DO NOT charge our Hosts a fee. 

Guest service fee

For complete transparency, the guest service fee is always shown in the 'Price breakdown' before you finalize your reservation. This fee is calculated at 10% of your booking's subtotal (which covers the nightly price and any additional host charges, but not the service fee itself). 2. Simplified pricing

Our single charge standard commission creates an easy to understand fully transparent pricing structure that provides the lowest cost to guests and zero cost to hosts.

Guest Fees paid on Additional Services

Any additional services provided by Hosts will be subject to the Guest Service fee of 10%.
