This is a converted townhouse which is situated off the road. It is in the heart of the Jewellery quarter and benefits from some of its victorian heritage by having exposed brickwork. Down stairs it has a kitchen which benefits from all the cooking utensils needed and overlooks the shared courtyard. Leading on from this is the living room, which has a TV. Up the stairs has three bedrooms (One of the bedrooms you have to walk through the master bedroom). There is two double beds and a single bed upstairs along with the bathroom

Guests will have access to the whole house. However, the house is in a shared court yard with other residential tenants so we ask you to respect them and the court yard

The Jewellery Quarter is Birmingham's chicest and most desirable residential address. The area is comprised of original Georgian buildings, warehouse conversions and independent bars, restaurants & coffee houses.

There is free street parking on the surrounding roads after 6pm Alternatively there is a multi-storey car park about a 1 minute walk which is in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. Due to its location the best way to get around is by walking:

Snow Hill Station - 10 Minute Walk
Birmingham New Street - 15 Minute Walk
