Our home is located 0.1 mile from Solihull Train Station (2 Minute Walk) and 10 minutes from The NEC and Birmingham Airport. You are a 2 minute stroll from the town centre offering a huge array of shops, bars and restaurants. Secure allocated parking during your stay.

The flat is in the centre of Solihull, being 2 minute walk or alternatively it is a 2 minute walk to the station which takes you into Birmingham City Centre in 10 minutes or you can go to London. It is also a 10 minute drive from the NEC or Birmingham Airport

The apartment is on the Ground Floor, is 600 Square Feet and has free wifi throughout

This is a large space which has a open plan kitchen. It has a dining table for 4 people and has all the cooking amenities to cook. The living room has a large sofa and Smart TV with Netflix, please note you will have to logon using your own account.

For extra guests there is a blow up mattress available for your stay. This is usually stored in the Utility cupboard for guests too use

Due to its proximity you can get around easily by foot, if you need to go into Birmingham or London then train is best. The best way to get too the NEC is by car which takes roughly 10 minutes and cost £ in a Uber
