Photo ID is required as part of the reservation process, this is done via our secure platform and a link to do this will be provided when you book the reservation.
Please note, a refundable deposit of £350 will be taken for weekend bookings. This will be refunded on checkout if the property is left in a satisfactory condition, with no evidence of parties.

This is a smoke-free home to maintain a healthy environment. If you smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area where an ashtray is provided. A cleaning fee of £600 applies if smoking occurs indoors. Smoking of illegal substances inside or outside the property is prohibited

Guest Limits
Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. For day visitors, please inform us in advance. This ensures compliance with occupancy limits and keeps the home comfortable and secure for everyone.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
