We will provide you with a house manual on the day of your arrival. This will also be inside the property to help with any questions you may have.

To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form, which includes a simple rental agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a government-issued photo ID before we can provide any access details.

We also require the lead guest to be over the age of 21 years old.

The building's entrance and common areas are shared with other residents of the block. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and are always available to address any questions or needs you might have.

Please note that the kitchen is a combined living and dining area, and there is no separate living room.

The apartment is on 1 level, however it is on the second floor of the building. There are also 1 flight of steps inside the apartment between the entrance and the rest of the property; Approximately 7 in total. Only bedroom 3 can be accessed without using the apartment internal steps.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver:

Security Deposit Authorisation (£300) – A temporary hold is placed on your card before arrival. This is not a payment or charge and is automatically released 3 days after checkout once the property has been reviewed.

Damage Waiver (£40) – A one-time, non-refundable fee that removes the requirement for a security deposit hold on your card. Many guests prefer the Damage Waiver as it avoids having funds temporarily held during their stay, but the choice is entirely yours.
